Tune failed. Channel 4 only

I keep getting tune failed on channel 4 only. Then when i restart it comes back. But i record on 4 so i only realise when i go to watch recording and it hasnt. Then the channel says tune failed. When i came in today it was working soon as it records it wasnt. So im thinking it does it when the recording starts .

as channel 4 is in the clear i checked but moved around that time of first post on sat.
