DM800 Loses Sound After Using Timeshift

I've noticed recently that after using Timeshift, the DM800 box loses sound on some channels, however when I use timeshift again on the channels that lost the sound, the sound comes back but it's gone somewhere else. For example if I'm on channel "X" and have just finished using timeshift, I find out that channel "Y" has lost sound when i switch to it. I use timeshift on channel "Y", the sound comes back but I lose sound on channel "X" again. Rebooting the box fixes the problem, but it all happens again once i start using timeshift again. How could the HDD affect sound on some channels? Has anyone experienced this and is their a solution? Thanks in advance...

never heard of this problem. Shall have to give it a try on mine. It certainly is image problem, what image you using?

just to test it try different image, niblosat or something and see if it continue to happen.
