have got a 800hd and set it up with nablio. i am about to set up a motorized dish in the nxt couple of days but thought i would connect it up to my old sky sat to try it out. now when i scan it only picks up about 94 channels namely bbc for all areas. when i scanned it i thought i would have picked all channels up ?
is there any reason for that ? i know i wont be able to watch them i was just playing around till my other dish is up

You should get all channels, make sure the satellite.xml is up to date with transponders or try a channel list, i'll upload one if you want it.

Hi Mate, All you do is use Dreambox Edit / FlashWizard Pro and upload it to your box..

Yeh, you can just download a full motorised list from the server on the box.

Is this list of transponders on each satellite? What if more channels added/removed on a satellite after dwonloading the list? Is it enough just to do a scan everynow and then or we need to get the latest xml file ?

Always use the most up to date channel list available for download is my answer, will include all changes ect.

did you scan 28 east? i done a scan yesterday and done 18 e by mistake and got 94 channels

is there any channels out there that u can still use cams for ???
i know i wont pick up s#y or any other major channels i just want to try playing around with cams now
