Dreambox800 Clone I'm getting the error "ERR01 NO CA FOUND

i agree i have had 500 cost me 150 pounds 5 years ago there were no clones about then so 215 and you get the latest hd tuner and better speck reciver even though it is a clone the origanal part for dm are made in japan and china so really you are getting the same box but at a cheaper price

I got the same error as the most of the clone owners here.
I have used dreamup to flash Nabilosat Black Hole and that went well. When I power up again, I get the same error as before. Anyone who can help me guided through this problem is welcome.
I am not sure if I have to use dreamup with null modem to get the bootloader up. Then the box says it is in serial mode and has an IP in the display.
Do I then just use webinterface with that IP and upload the new bootloader?

just thought of this if you have the new sim 2.1 then the old 2.0 clone image dont work think 2.1 sim is for bl 73/74/75 and the 2.0 only supports up to 72 bl you can not go load higher at the mintue on the old 2.0 maybe someone will bring out a fix soon
well if you have the 2.1 you will need the new clone image as the old ones dont work

have a go at this only use this file if you have 2.1 sims if your dreambox came with 75 bl then this is for you this is not for 2.0 sims

Thanks for the info guys, got a dreambox but didnt realise it was a clone until i tried flashing. Hopefully this will help me recover the expensive situation. Fingers crossed.

Unfortunately something has gone wrong, now I'm getting the error "ERR01 NO CA FOUND" and its saying go to DM 7020 | dream-multimedia-tv.de
How can I get it back?

Please any advice help plz ... cost me 280 doll

I just had the same problem couple of hours ago. I had Gemini 460 on my clone DM800. I thought to test Black Hole 1.24. Once I got it flashed, i received the No CA error. After some researching, I managed to get my box working with Gemini 470. Just do the following:

1- Download Gemini 470 BL75 from Access point

2- Connect your box through cable.

3- Run DreamUp, choose COM1 and Enable network and configure the IP addresses. (to install the image in two minutes. Otherwise just use COM1 without network, but it will take around 61 minutes to flash the box)

4- Click Connect and power on your box.

5- Once the DreamUp is ready, open the browser and type the IP address of the box

6- Click "upgrade firmware" and browse to the downloaded Gemini 470 NFI image and click flash

This should be done in couple of minutes, then just disconnect your DreamUp and reboot your box

Lesson learnt: I can't get lucky everytime
