Can't receive any freesat channels on DM800

I am living in Southern Ireland. I had a Freesat HD box and it worked fine. Picked up all the channels on it.

Now with my clone DM800 I can't get any of the freesat channels.

I can get all the sky channels but not freesat.

So with the same dish I am getting less channels. A friend of mine gets about 1000 channels on 28.2 but I get about 100 less. He also has a DM800 clone.

I know your gonna say the tunner but when I look in Dreambox edit I get about 5 channels saying freesat is the provider and the rest are sky and then a few more are a provider alygio or something like that.

Any idea what might be up ?

FREEsat channels are on sky and are classed i FTA sky.

I can't tune in Setanta. I have tried that online Satalite.xml generator but no go.

try using this satellites.xml file below

if you cant get the channels mate then try a new image and rescan.. if you're still getting probs then it will be your tuner..

the range of satellites in the attached file is 40.5W to 62E..
