Help Required DM800HD

Hi Guys
A little help needed, don't know if its me or what just purchased a new original DN800HD and i seem to be stuck on getting the TV channels up after pressing the info button.?
At the moment i just want to have a play with the box untill the warmer weather when hopefully i can set up a multi LNB on one dish.
But for now iam just using one of the lnb feeds from my existing sky box and after doing the initial setup for a single LNB and simple seting, i have the following in the Satfinder section SNR-73% and BER 0%

Have carried out a automatic scan and it says found 1129 services. Please Help?

are you stuck selecting a channel? press up then you will get a list of channels

Theres nothing there ? but what i have noticed is when i bring up the info bar there is no snr signal or AGC signal showing?
i must be missing some thing in setting up the tuner maybe?
if it helps it is a quad LNB being used

press menu then setup, go to tuner configuration. make sure you have the right sat selected, you should have astra 28e

then do a scan

looks like i,ve sorted it now forgot to select satellites then navigate to selected folder
Just now need to work out to get them additional channels? Lol
