    Motorised problem

Hello, ive got a dm800 motor setup 80cm dish living just outside Dublin, bought all equipment so installed myself.
    Problem as follows:
Configured box to usals in simple mode set lon & lat
did manual scan on lots of satellites:zero services zero channels found, checked satfinder selected say 19.2:0% signal.went outside to check motor reading degrees:spot on.Tried positioner setup to tweak the degrees to see if signal would lock on:no luck rang installer to have a look.Noticed now that i get 28e,19e,13e,9e signal 76% when i try to scan say 1w or 30w the motor moves but no signal
went back outside to check motor noticed it was approx 10 degrees out. This upsets me greatly. All replies welcome.
    Sorry to blah blah!

You have to use 'complex or multiple' rather than simple.

Check your lat and long are correct as well.
