my box seam to loose signal. i cant even scan anything. it works fine in my friends house.. i htink he thingks my long and lat are wrong. can any one help. and how do i get my long and lat

You can try google just type in "find my longitude and lattitude location" or if you know someone with sat nav in their car get them to park at your house and then press "my current location" on their sat nav.

Put Googleearth on your computer and find your house.
