      hi

      does it have a hd inside it if so remove and see if it boots i had the same problem a while ago and had to format the hard drive it then worked fine

            Just checked they haven't got any and no price, dvb-c is ?39 but they are half the price of a dvb-s2 anyway

              Hi Boesl,

              Im having the problem, I have done all the diagnostics, connecting null,lan,removing tuner but still its show dream multimedia message.
              Did you managed to resolve you issue? Please share if you have.

                  At the "waiting for acknowledge " stage it may be possible to flash with browser at that point, download a program to PC that scans the network for devices connected and it may flag up the box as being online, i-p scanner is a free windows took for such task, report back if successful, thanks
