Cheers Kevin very good info, not seen that board before. Think ill try an adapter with one of my other HDMIs. Just looking at the DVI cable supplied and it looks like DVI-D with 3 rows of 8 pins and one row of one larger pin. AM I right in thinkin that it is a standard DVI-D to HDMI?

Well was just paying for a cable and decied to pull the supplied one out and make sure it was DVD-D, plugged it back in and the scart input flickered. Switched the tv to HDMI and its working now.
                  Will see how it goes.

                  Thanks for the help
