have a real deambox dm800 changed the tuner card still getting tune failed seems to be very hot have seen on other forums to install a fan would there be any more ideas as always thanks the rock

and maybe a laptop cooler

have used a in line amp and still no joy

You getting that message on every channel is your dish aligned and have you tried scanning.

But are you sure the dish is aligned correctly? have you tried another box on it and does it work ok also can you try your box on someones fixed sly dish just to make sure.
