    Advice re DB800HD's

Can someone give any advice re the difference between the DB 800 HD and the clone DB 800 HD I see the difference in cost but I would like to know if the clone model is up to the orignal.
    Thanks for the advice.

You will probably get totally differant answers from whoever you ask mate ,clone users will say there great value for money , original users will tell you they are a pile of dung and can spontanious combust ,and wont power a motor ,
I have a clone and am very happy with it , paid less than half the cost of an original , looking closely at it , there aint as much attention to detail and parts seem bit flimsy , however does what i require at a price i was happy to pay ,

Just bought mine from LINUXSAT in Huddersfield, who I can highly recommend, and I can say mine is very very well made, and if its a clone its a damn good one.Incidentally mine has a DREAM Security hologram sticker on the carton.Hope this helps, now I have to try to get it going!!!!!!!!!!!!! Incidentally I paid ?269 and a 360gig Hard Drive was fitted (which I've removed) Cheers Chas.

        Thank you Guys

        Many Southpaw and Radioham.
Your coments have helped me. I have seen an original working and the HD looks great. If the clone is as good then I feel I will go down that road. Cost will push me that way
Did either of you have any problems setting your up.
        Thanks again for your input.
