Dish settings issue...

Guys

I'm trying to move my motorised dish using my dm800 (nabilo image)....but it doesnt seem to be responding???

on tuner set up iv put down advanced settings..

non usal

universal lnb

diseq 1.2

for 28.2

then i go on manual scan, and press scan..

but no movement??

the motor has a green light on it, iv even reset it...but no joy!

can anyone please help?

iv done the long and lat first thing...

iv managed to find 28.2e and 19.2e...but not 13e..

i did the manual scan for 13e, and went to sat finder...but the dish moves all way to west???

its really confusing and frustrating why it would do this?

can anyone help on why it maybe doing this?

try tunering off you limits and start again also could be to do with the image you have on try a diffance one the image could be ~~~~ed

iv managed to scan 28.e, 19.2e, 13.e successfully...

but for some reason 0.8w i get a good lock on, but no channels get scanned???

i'm usung pre-defined settings to find the best SNR,
and then storing the position.

then going back to manual scan to scan the 0.8w...
it stays on the scanning page for a while but finds nothing?

how comes i have a good lock on the staellite but cannot get any channels???

can anyone please help???
