Movies on Zgenna H2S

Using WB on H2S for Freesat....Have 500Gb drive attached to load films to....Does anybody know which format actually works on the box....X264 seems not to work but I don't know which format to convert to....Also need recommendations of best conversion software to use...Thanx in advance

On ViX x264 with a MKV or AVI container both work fine as does .TS
