storing sats on nabilo

having trouble scanning higher transponders on sats,get service not found,sid not found in pat,tune failed,only gets about a 1000 channels on 13,doesnt seem to catch the 12+ transponders,cant seem to tune it in any better,signal or ber,on dream 800 by the way,scanned it about three times and still dont get any more,not on usals ,never seems to work in all the years ive set up boxes here,any help appreciated

ok now ive messed with settings on advanced ,think it was toneburst or something,get them all now but some hd channels,sid not found in pid
