Hello All,

How good is the function of the pause live TV on the DM800? I know its never going to be as good as sly + but is it any way near comparable? Also, on the 8000 does it come anywhere near Sly with its dual tuners?

from what ive seen on dreamboxes there isnt much 'permanant timeshift'. which would give you instant rewind. there was a plug in a while ago but i didnt get it to work. in order to use pause and instant rewind effectively you have to pause first in order to activate the timeshift function. i find this a major drawback. i have an AZBOX and once you set timeshift its there till u deactivate it.
