Lol, shes probably been sent to Dream multimedia in Germany.

I think ill call VM and ask them why my 'chipped' box as the noobs call it stopped working, How can I get it working again VM?

guys having the same problem here although i haven't phoned sly !!!! i am almost certain i have the correct boxkey as i used the 17 digit converter supplied via a link on this thread. i used the 17 digit serial number on the bottom of the sly hd box. I have added the line BOXKEY: /dev/sci0 11 22 33 44 on my dm800 ( my box key used on actual line). I get the normal channels but no premium channels any ideas??????

PS i have had a different sly sub working on the dm800 with cccam 2.13

I used the serial number off the menu on my Sky HD box. its in setup.

Use the Windows calculator to convert it to a hexadecimal.

Just make sure you dont have the # at the start of the line.

You need to make sure that isnt there for it to work.

yes have also just used the windows calculator and get the same boxkey as i already have plus i have removed the # as i got caught out on that one last time , any other ideas???

have sorted it has the correct boxkey just needed a good old fashion re-boot !!!!
