Thing is, sellers are always ready to take your money even if they dont have the item in stock. Most sellers will tell you they have stock even when they dont, just to take your money.

You find out how good/bad the seller is when things go wrong.
Trying to get a refund from these sellers is like getting blood out of a stone.

Now this seller is threating to call the Police on his customer because the customer has not received the item he/she has paid for and the seller will not give a straight answer.

As mentioned above this seller also has a Pay Server running, so perhaps the seller can give the Police that information also while he is on the phone.

This tell me if things go tit up on his pay server, you can be sure he will spill the beans on every customer he has!

@davvo if youve paid via PayPal put in a claim m8 or contact your Credit Card company.

I've ordered and paid for a clone DM800HD yesterday from Yaoxin and I've received an email confirming they have received my payment. So will see how long it takes for them to send it.

Firstly you don't know me at all so hmm, good assumptions here...

We have Stock and Had stock, i am not here to be threatened by something lost in the post, thats no my job, if the buyer was poliete to me originally i would have happily sent a new item out, when i'm been accused of been a scammer then this is a differnt question..

running a payserver is a new one, as i never have and never will run a payserver, i'm not stupid enough to jepadise my business by running a silly little payserver, so good one mate I can quite happily ring the police, or go to my mates in the police and tell them about the threatening behaviour towards me, and the threats.

This is nothing to do with business the threats, no one should be threatened no matter whats. The item is worth ?4.49 for god sake, why would i scam someone for that amount, how pointless would that be.

As you can see from a lot of posts also i am not a scammer we are a geniune company with good morals and customer support.

Also we happily refunded any customer who is not satisfied, however when we are getting threats towards us, unpolite behavour AND we have already sent the goods, why should i refund someone!!!

I wish when people would make a post they actually knew what they were talking about, its quite a lot to make an assumption...

Btw please tell me which payserver i run since as there isnt one i run!!

Some people are full of BULLSHIT end of matter, as 99% of people know i am not a scammer ect...

I think the best policy is what fleabay uses & thats the scoring rate that the customers give it .Except in our case forum mods or admin may give that scoring & if anything happens 1 can name & shame that particular supplier or be it as in this case dropshippers . @ the end of the day custommer is right or isn't it ? I think nobody deserve 2 b treated like that . I worked in russia 4 about 5 years & if u did anyhing like 1 would call cut & shut they would b sending few paid boys who do ( money recovery ) for living round the named buisiness so, before things get out of hand get rid of these sort of trades @lesat in our forum .

If that is the case & item is only a fiver ,i 'd do the right thing & give back the fiver & stop dealing with that custommer if he was rude ,abussive or .. by doing so you'd show that your buissiness reputation is worth a lot more than a fiver & secondly think about future sales ,the name of this thread starts with ''where is best place to buy dm 800'' Now 1 needs 2 b absoloutely honest with himself & say if any 1 reads this thread would part with ?200 or near enough for a clone dm from this supplier when fiver in question represents a huge problem . Think buisiness first ,after all thats what you do for living .

So do you have proof the item was delivered and signed for?
if you dont as you say for the sake of 4.49 why not just send the item out again recorded delivery.

Having a mud slinging match on a open forum can only damage your business, it dont matter if you are in the right or wrong
members will think twice before ordering anything from you if this his how you react about a ?5.00 for gods sake

if you do have signed proof it was delivered why not just say so and send him proof then the buyer could persue this avenue if he did not sign for it and it would have put this matter to rest ,instead of going on one and giving very professional business reply i must say NOT.

Well if you got ripped off by someone online and all you have got is an email address bomb it ! [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6yKVJonslBk]YouTube - Paul asks how to spam/bomb emails. I answer.[/ame] with thousands of emails every few minutes.

And when they change the email address do it again & again.

If you bought an item from the UK & were ripped off consider a debt recovery agencies usually after one email or letter you will get a refund as these guys normally do not like big Guys will leather jackets knocking on the door.

Also an IP address is easy enough to source back to the very door the router is set up behind, getting an property address is not that hard in this day and age, and there are even companys that will do this for you for a few quid, if you cant do it yourself.

Just pile on the pressure and post you findings on other websites so that when others run a search on a certain shop or website it comes up on google not to buy from these people.
