You could try the Pli image which gives you the option of installing a firewall.

      Hi m8...

1st two things i would do are :

1... check your routers security. if your router uses wep it can be hacked very easily. if you have the option to use wpa / wpa2 then use it.

2... is your router using the default admin and password for login.. ie... a netgear router uses admin and password for the defaults. If so change them.

trust me when i say its possible to access your network if it is set up in this formate. if both of these are secure then i am at a loss. and hopefully somebody ealse can help'
      good luck @manx

What do you mean by hacking what part of the box is being accessed? and what changes are being made to make you say someone is getting in?

change your ftp password that's the only way in to edit the .cfg, once password changed no one can get in

            telnet in and type passwd

then its changed no one knows it apart from you

Even if they could get in your router they cant get in your dreambox if you changed the password there is no other way in,,

have you tested that root and dreambox don't work???

                              THE TRUTH
                              The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.
