    Can you watch a channel whilst recording?

    Can you watch another channel other than the one you are recording on the dm800?

          Thats alright, better than nothing. What if i was to goto a channel on another TP by accident? would it cut the recording? or will it not let me?

              It will tell you that there is a recording in progress and are you sure you want to change channel.

                  If it's on the same transponder. All other transponders are greyed out so you can only watch channels on that transponder.
