    buying a new sat HD box

    im looking at buying a sat HD box to replace my 7020s which has and still is doing me proud.
    the problem i have in chossing a HD box is that everytime im on the verge of buying one someone will say ;-
    " wait for the ******** model there better".
    i looked at a DM800HD clone but i here lots of folk having tuner probs , then i read there's a new tuner the ferrari tuner or summut.
    then i nearly went for the Vduo + bu then someone said wait for the solo as no need for 2 tuners.
    can anyone help me out here please ? i would have gone for the DM800HD if i could find one with no tuners probs.

      Well i have had no problems with the tuner and neither have people i know who have bought one. At the end of the day only you can make the choice of which box to buy

          if buying a dm800 make so you get it with the in-line amp then you will have no picture problems at all..!!!

          I recommend this box out of all available at a low price if you willing to spend more the vu+ duo is very good..

              when you say with the in line amp can you point me in the right direction ?.
              anyone bought a DM800HD off linuxsat ?.i know he's a trustworthy fella and i've had no problems in the past but im wondering if anyone had any probs tuner wise with he's DM800HD's ?.
              and what is the " ferrari sim" ?.

                      Yes as father ted posted, i used this guy very helpful and many people bought from him and are happy..! he also on msn as he helped me set-up originally when i first got mine.. and superb next day delivery despite ordering at nearly 5pm at night

                              I recommend the DM500HD. I've had one for a week and it's fantastic. I had an original DM800 before and I had so many problems with it that I took it back.
