Looks like i wont be flashing any of these any time soon. I would say just get the sim which is made for the image you flashed on, put that in and it should work.

Finally sorted it out. For anyone having th same problem, heres what i done. Took out the hard drive, tuner and simcard, cleaned sim card and put back but left out tuner,connected null modem and cross over cable, run dreamup 3.3.4, powered on box and the ~~~~er finally gave me an ip address.
I don't know what it was for sure but the only thing i done different was to take the sim out and clean it. Might have been a fluke, who knows
anyway main thing is, it's back up and running.

As i said m8, it might have been a fluke that it worked, because i did the same things over and over, withoiut any success. Maybe it was fed up with me. Anyway m8 i appreciate your time and help

Well it hasn't happened since i got back up and running. I haven't done anything but i haven't had the problem again.
