Tuner failing

Hi,
My DM800HD was working fine with gemini4.6 , I am using diseq with eurobird9 and astra 28.5 . this afternoon while i was watching a channel picture disappeared and "channel could not be found check tuner configuration " message came on screen. I have tried to change tuner configuration in setup but in the satellite names I can only see nothing connected in both DiseqC A and B . Tried replacing satellites.xml but still showing nothing connected.

Then I have flashed the box with dreamelite Blackhole image , everything worked after a scan and all.But after about 2hrs picture disappeared and "channel could not be found check tuner configuration " message came again. Reflashed and working fine now.
Any Suggestions?

does it happen on both sat when zapping channels
maybe diseqc switch
need to uliminate every thing from dish to box

yes on both satellites. connected old technomate box and showing signals on both satellite also in dm800 it is not letting me to change satellite names. So I think it is something to do with the box than anything else.

just a thought is the tuner lose inside the box ?

Chcek revision tuner inside box i think tuner is dead.
