Channels lost

I've searched forum and I've been trying different things but no joy.

Sorry if its been covered but I haven't come across it.

Last night I lost channels. I still have the FTA channels... In South Wales area.

I have DM800hd with gemini image using ccam 2.1.4. I have sky card with paid subscription. My first thought was keys needed updating.. That's what I've been attempting the last couple of hours.

What am I missing? Im getting no where

try putting your sky card back into the original sky box to see if preminum channels clear it may be your entitlemenst have run out ,if so youll either to leave card in it for 24 hrs and they clear or your gonna have to fone sky and say eg that youve been on holiday and you turned off all the power

Ok. I've put card in sky box and will see if it sorts it tomorrow. Problem I might have is that card is not paired with this box. Might have to giv sky a call 2moro if it doesn't do the job
