Nablio blue button panel

HI all

Im using a dm800 clone with bl72 and BH v12 and the blue button panel will not work with the remote and will via web interface.If i use the remote on the home screen it brings up the user bouquet so this proves the remote is working right??? Its a nightmare having to fire up the the lappy if i need the blue panel has anybody-else came across this? Or any ideas round this other than the web interface cheers

I had this problem 2 days ago i just reflashed using a different source for the same image.
