Missing satellite DM 800HD

I picked up my dreambox last weekend and so far it has been a knightmare box rather than a dream! This is a real pain to set up and after playing to a couple of day I have figured out why I cant pick up SKY.
At the moment I cant see the normal Sky satalite at Astra Satellite at 28.2. So I cant tune into this. Have the Hot Bird satellite etc but the one I need to connect to is missing...
I have at least managed to stream the BBC channels I cant pick up over my wireless network to another PC in the house... This was the main reason why I bought the box.

Hope someone can help. I am using a normal SKY dish which was only set up 6 months ago. My normal SKY box is working fine so it is not the dish.
