dm800hd motor problems

hi,
i have a dm800hd clone and i am tearing my hair out with the motor problems,i am running the naiblo hyperspace image which was preloaded on the box when i got it,i also paid ?70 for a sat engineer to line my dish up and he does not see why the menu is so complex to lock the sats on non usals,we have also tried
usals as well to no joy.
i am now using my old faithful humax200hdci to drive the motor with a loop and then switch to the dreambox to watch that sat,by the way the dreambox does drive the motor we just cant lock it on any sats to use it,is their another image for the clone with an easier motor menu on it.

I'm using Dream elite and have no problems. Try some different images and see what works for you

I gave up on dreambox800 locking on sats. I always use dm500 to go to a satellite, disconnect it and connect dm800, i then save that position on dm800. have to do this on all sats i want to watch

you guys must have something wrong in the settings, iv got a dm800 running blackhole image and the motor is moving from sat to sat no problems at all.

have you configured the tuner in the settings??
