SUBTITLES?

Hello mates!
I'm very happy I found this forum, I've already managed to mak some very nic changes to my dreambox.

Now I wonder how I can run Subtitles (from Channels, IE: Movie running in VO, I want to dispay the french subtitles when available), on my DM 800 running under Gemini Project 2 (last version).

I had this option on my old Nabilosat (all in version) I had. But wanted to have a whole new fresh, with aonly the exension I want Gemini version for my DM 800.

Please help for the subtitles.

Hi mate,

Certain images have had problems with subtitles, I can only suggest to have a read around the forums and find an image that has this problem fixed.

Do you mean that I have the option somewhere or the problem you mean is that some image may simply have not this option?

GUYS, I found what I was looking for.

I found first asd for Gemini but didn't managed to instal it... well it is install but I jsut don't know where to find it in my DB haha

Second thing, I found one option to be donwloaded from the Blue Panel / Parameters / Options / Install from (Gemini Server) / Plugins / 2SUB 3.01.00

It took quite a little while to be installed, but it works perfectly and available from my Extension Board.

some images subs are launched via the audio button mate , not sure if gemini is one , but worth a button press i suppose

My wife just lough so loud about me... It's like not finding the cheese in the fridge while it is in front of my eyes!

you're right, much easier than the plugin I found... however the plugin I found use the Subtitles included in Teletext. might be useful sometime, but for now, I won't use it anymore I guess.

Sutitles on DM800 Enigma

Hi,

Anyone that has got the native subtitles in DM800 working ?
I can get them working but I get a really ugly pink text.

Works fine on the HD channels.
Right now I am using 2SUB but that lags every now and then and requires a reboot after a while.

Feedback appreciated.

Hi, has anyone managed to playback with subtitles on a recorded source. i use 2sub on gemini whilst i am recording its perfect but when i play it back the subs won't come on.
i looked everywhere but cant find anything on this
