original not booting

my dm 800 wont boot with tuner in it boots ok with it out bought a new tuner an original same problem only gets so far then reboots or switches off have used various images same problem is there a fix for this problem the box has been great uptill now

That's weird!
it boots without, but not with it even with a new one.
Are you sure it is exactly the same.
Have you tried to test your old tuner in another box?
