How to save Bouqets, settings when changing image.

Hey,

I currently have Gemini 5 on my DM 800 but wanna give Nabilosat a try.

Can someone tell me how/what programme I need to save all my bouquets etc instead of having to remake them.

Just use DBE to export the files to PC.

Open DBE, click the 'FTP' button, set the directory/folder on PC you want the setting saved, then click on the 'receive files from dreambox' button. Job done.

Thanks but can I just copy all the bouquets DCC from /etc/enigma2/ and then just add them back in after I install the Nabilosat image ? I am not really looking for editing tools just a simple save them and then be able to send them back.

dbe is dreambox edit ,you can use dream control center to ftp bouquets/satellite.xml and cccam.cfg to your pc.

alright, it's like Dreamset. or Bouquet wizard.
None of them allow us to import some kind of Xcell file containing in a way or another all info of a bouqet for each channel SIDs Frequency and names... and anything else I would need
I'm a little bit surprised I can't find a solution caus eI pretty sure I'm not the first one wo want to do this. Just not seeing the soluttion that might be clear, but can't see it.
Anyone to help? PLEASE

I'm Using Dreamset, and you can do what you're asking with it. I've done it very easily.

Load all your correct setings in Dreamset to access your Box, Press TRANSFER, then READ (it will take all the channel ingfos and bouquet from your box.
Save it on your PC (or MAC) hard disk.
do whatever Flash you want on your box (from Gemini to Nabilo in your case).
When done, relaunch Dreamset, normally the settings from a recent version of Nabilo or Gemini stayed the same. Maybe you've changed your IP.
Load your saved Channel bouquet, press TRANSFER again and WRITE. it will load your channel setings in your box and ENJOY my friend.

However, you can do the same with DCC, only by copying the right folders, and then send them back, as you have suggested.
Just be sure to not forget anything, from any folder.

Guys! if you have Gemini, you can download Bouquet list directly from your box and made by some users (I don't know how they make it availble).

Just go in the blue panel / parameters / options / Install from (Gemini Server) / Settings - Sat (Mixed or Cable)

Choose what would be what you want, install and enjoy!

Hi with gemini you can save your settings via remote
SETUP
SOFTWARE MANAGER
BACKUP SYSTEM SETTINGS
every time you flash new image you will be given option to restore your settings
