Paypal is only good on ebay & give you 30 days cover, this does not go for other online stores, Paypal as a method is very secure, but the 30 protection is only for Ebay & selected online stores stated by Paypal.

There is no come back or return of fund from paypal outside of your own country or Zone and 30 day protection is only for selected online stores.

Paypal is not the issue as every paypal transfer made is normaly honored 100% where the Issue is its with who you are giving the money to ?
