DM800 no AGC signal no channels

Hi Guys got a clone dm800 from china had it for like 2 weeks had problems driving the dish now when i go into sat finder there is nothing in sig agc and when i look at the leds on the motor they are dead so motor is not getting power. I have checked all connection they are ok
could this be a faulty motor or dm800 or could the lnb be faulty.

Any help will be most welcome!

cant be lnb mate , and the fact you thought it could be suggest maybe the coax feeds are wrong way round ,

dm800 -------------- motor -------------to lnb

all connections on motor right way round and good water-tight fittings ? ,
Is tuner seated correctly ?
can you test box on fixed sly dish , just to ensure it is functioning

Hi southpaw thanks for the reply ,but no thats not the case all is conected as it should be as I was getting over 1000 channels on 28 east but now nothing no signal in snr or agc.I dont have any where I can test the box nor do I have another box to test the motor
So was wondering what would have caused this could it be a dead lnb a dead motor or dead tuner as the dm800 boots up ok.
Iam begining to think it may be the tuner.
