strange one

My 800hd was working ok last night now its not
making the light on my motor light BUT my old TM
when hooked up is ok with the motor so it's not
a cable issue.
The light comes on with the TM but when i hook
up my db its not getting to the motor-no signal, anything
i can check in my settings...
Thought it must be the motor untill the motor
worked on my TM cant figure it out.
Yet when i use the cable in my room thats straight
from the lnb i have a signal

Last night it worked then lost the signal, i left it
a while then same thing. I read a 12v 4a power
supply would maybe do the trick, could anyone
please highlight me on this and maybe show
me the power supply.
This is doing my head in, some input would be
greatly appreciated.
I read a lot about clones before i bought one
but if i'd had know it would fail to turn my motor
i would never have bought 1.

I had a genuine DM800hd and it failed to turn my motor on a consistant basis. So much so that I sold it and bought a genuine DM500HD which works a treat with the motor.

Maybe try using a UK figure of eight power cable as oppose to the euro 2 pin figure of eight cable that comes with it.
