help dm800s vlc no vdo or audio

hi i have dm800s with sim 2.1 bootloader 76a gemini 5.1.i have installed vlc but am getting no vdo or audio .
when i open vlc plugin it opens and shows files from my pc but when i play any then its not working .
Gemini 5.1 is installed and pc i have win 7
2nd
how to mount cifs and its setting in dm800s and pc.
