dream 800hd help ?

Hi just bought a dreambox 800hd when iam using
the menus ect and try to exit all iam getting is a
green screen saying.
your dreambox has encoutered a software problem
and has to reboot in 10 seconds please sent log file
to tmp folders.
also i cant download any channel list from gemini server
nor can i download any cams ect.
it says i have used 98% of my memory but how can that
be when i have not installed anything whatsoever ?
be obliged for any help.

i had same problem for awhile but what i did reflash the box with a new image of your choice this solved this for me

Try a different image like Nabiosat Blackhole a popular image for the Dm800hd and very good.

thanks lads for the reply the problem was if i changed the software in the dreambox would it void the warranty ?
i have sent the box back to the supplier the way i recieved it
and i really dont know if i want it back as i have lost faith with it do i have the right for a full refund ?

It will be the image mate, if it is the same when it returns, change the image using the webloader
