lost sats list on dm800 help

i recently put dream elite image on box but had all sats then,,now all sats have disappeared ,,try to do auto or manual scan same result ;nothing to scan ; done factory reset and went to configure sats but none showing up,,,
is there a list anywhere ,,,help

you will need to configure your tuner mate , before being able to scan , bit late now but you need to be backing up your settings

even on configure page no sats and cant set lmb1 only lmb 39,,, yes your correct ,,have to learn all this stuff ,,is there a sticky for saving settings for dm500 and dm800 ,,
