dm800 problem

hi have just set up dm800 release 0460 linux 2.6.12-5.1 running gemini image bl75 with ferrari sim in .dont realy know what all that means but still learning.i want to put a new image on preferably one with best epg and features like dream elite .can some one point me in the right direction also i have tried to flash with the web browser method but when depowerd and started back up holding in the pwr button on dm800 nothing happens ? tried several times with no joy ?.any help as to correct image and its location any way i am sure i will be bothering you until i get it running ok thanks for the help already recieved .

any image you use will have to match your box ,there should be a sticker on it (maybe underneath the box ) if it says sim 2.01 your new image needs to be sim 2.01 and bl75 is bootloader 7.5 so any image you use must match your boxes sim and bootloader .if your unsure about flashing etc it might be wies to leave the current image.

thanks piopat i am trying to flash with serial cable and usb adaptor but having some problems with pinging box with cable but will keep on plugging away.
