hi guys iv just got DM800 HD New to this box need help plz iv put it on and it says gemin project ll loading enigma2 it stays there and when i press menu then dose nothing when press tv it coms up favourits (tv)
hd astra (19.2e) (tv) menu and ok dose nothing i cant even go in to the menu any help would be appreciated!

configure tuner and do full scan

The startup Wizard should guide you tru all the necessary steps...if all else fails do a factory reset and start over but the tuner does need to be config'd as mentioned above.

Thanks for the quick reply mate how do i config'd tuner plz i cant do a factory reset bcz menu and ok key pat dont work i thing my image is corrupted but i cant change the image bcz guy i got it from may say iv try to put new image anyway he is coming round tomurow

thanks m8 i know that but guy has give me new one so its all ok now first remote had few keypads was no good

you need to download a channel list first mate, and configure set up tuner/usals.
