Best method for No Ca found on Dm 800hd

Trying to help a member of the forum,he tried to flash with Nabiosat BlackHole 0.12 and got the dreaded No Ca found error message.
Can someone advise which is the provem method.
Read a few posts,his biggest problem he has, is only a laptop but i think he can use a null modem cable.

Im i correct he had a later bootloader on his Dm 800 and the image had an earlier version or is this the other way around.

Will be flashing a couple of boxes soon and dont want the same problem.

Cheers mate,that must be the only thread ive not found and i can see its a regular problem post that keeps cropping up.

Does anyone know if the bootloader is 76 can you put an image on it with say bootloader 72 or is this the Ca problem arises?
