help needed for a bricked dm800hd

hi
just got a 800 clone and flashed a black hole image
now i get ca missing error on rebooting
Looking thru forum looks like i chose the WRONG image big time
Ive been using dream up and trying to reflash thru serial port but no joy. I get flashing failed 002 CRC failed box unusable
Is this the end
Can I take out the flash chip and reprogram it (anyone got the bin file?
Are there any options?

just followed bubbles69 tut usung webshell.
it flashed ok without errors, but still gave no ca found error on restarting the box

You are flashing the wrong image, what sim do you have?

if sim 2.01

just flash genuine image of your choice then ss76c on top of it..!

I am affraid it is not for all clone. It will help him only for sim 2.01., but if he has sim 1.0 or Ferrari sim it will not help him.
There are many forums on the web where images for ALL kind of card can be found.

I had same problem with my dm800 clone but now I am sortedmy problem started when I switched dm800 on it did not boot so I have flashed it with an different image then I have switched it on and this time message came up saying error ca not found so I have found the cd that what came with the box and there was some images on there so i have flashed one of them and now it works great 


Another thing is not all the dreamUp worked with my my dm800 I had to try many of them before I have found the one works.
