dm800 tuner probs

having probs in the tuner configaration, have got 28 e, and all the channels, but when i go back to tuner config, i cant scroll across to set up the tuner for other sats. im in the advance part, can see the 28e, and when i scroll across i get all satalites 1,2,3 or 4.
when i scroll down i get lnb 36 and the DISEqC mode is missing, but not on my 28e.
im using de bh, on a bl75

download a channel list/setting via the addons on the remote.
