my dm 800hd remote control keep flashing

i just got my new clone dm800hd and my remonte is flashing from dream button no stop ,if i take off a baterie is ok when i put a baterie is still flashing ,idon't know if any one can help me
second i have a old dm800hd bootl 69 sim 2.01 is posible to flash covert to bootloader 76

ok sounds like one of the button is stuck under the the button holes lip, take a close look
