dm 800 tuner probs

i have dreambox 800hd which has the new tuner alps bsbe2 (dvb s2) and also has 201 sim and bootloader 76 which is less than a month old,i have installed the blackhole image which has been great up until the other night the picture started breaking up and so is the sound,which i use it on my motorised dish.
I have checked all the the wiring and connections but all i get now is tuner failed,but if i put in on my normal sky dish it works perfect,have been at it now nearly 2 days but the bugger still comes up tune failed but works perfect on the sky dish getting all channels anyone any suggestions which i could try.

i have just unplugged my dm 800 from the sky dish and put it back on the motorised dish and hey presto it works again but for how long is anybodys guess,as for the motorised dish i installed it myself and made sure that everything was spot on.
had another look at it today checking cables and connections and all seems to be intact,even with my dm 500 tuned on 28 east on bbc i get signal 94% and no ber,so surely it cannot be the dish either that i could be the tuner thats faulty.
