DM800HD Help

Hey. I wonder if you guys can help me?

I have just installed a satellite dish with a motor. I have just purchased a cloned DM800HD. I previously tested the dm800 at my friends house to checked it worked and it was 100% working.

So today we have installed the dish and we plugged in a DM500S to just check it was working as we went along and it works fine, picking up 28.2E Astra with no problems.

Now this is where we have got the problems...

As soon as we connected the DM800 it can't pick up any signal. We have changed the Longitude and Latitude on the tuner settings etc to match up with my house and not my friends house who tested the box but it seems like everytime we save the settings, we press exit to go back to choose a channel, the box restarts and then goes back the the settings of my friends house.

Can anyone suggest anything to get it working?

Is it as simple as reinstalling a new image on the box?

changing the image wont sort it, its in the settings your going wrong.

Easy chris, right I've sorted the settings issue but now have got another problem.
I did a factory reset Which basically sets it back to how how it arrived (thank god) and we are now able to change the lat/long and it saves, whoop whoop.
But now for some reason when I go to the Gemini server and install a channel list it's saying memory free 1000.0kb (98%used) but then when I look in the hardware it shows 62.4 mb free.
Don't know what's happning with this box but the saga continues, don't worry chris we will sort ur box

does someone know what's happen with my DM800, i switch off complete, before i remove the power supply, but after reconnect, i can't switch on the DM800, i have to wait at least 10 minuts.
is threre an upgrade possible?
