Dm 800

I have a dm800 box and i have been told it is a clone.It is freezing and channels are breaking down every so often.Can i do anything to fix it .Thanks for any help

Push ok ,ok wots you signal levels
Is it just the HD channels that are freezing
Add an in line booster thets the fave fix and a fan.
Are you c/s or do you have a card ...............Paul

Thanks plasterer.Yes c/s ,mainly freezing on hd but also on some normal ones as well.Snr 68%.Thanks for reply
