My DM800HD arrived today took it out the box and the barrel for the tuner seems to have been bashed, it's been bent.
Set up the box, ftp'd the beuq's over and think I have checked tuner set up (the same as the last time when setting up parents) box?
Downloaded astra 28.2 from the euro list and made sure thats picked on the set up.
When selecting bbc 1 i'm having a check tuner config error pop up checked to see if there is signal from a another box in my house (with my sat meter) with the dm800 connected and still nowt! it looks like no power going from the box to dish,
Is there any setup I may have missed the would hopefully switch the tuner on or does it sound ~~~~'d from the suspected bash in transit? using the "gem" image
