DM800 Tuner Problem

Hi guys i have a dm800hd i am a novice at this box all the channels were working on it and then my wife pressed the radio button by accident i put it back to TV and no channels are working i've done scans and have ended up doing a reset and now the FTA channels are gone is well and i get a message to configure the tuner please can someone help i've looked at the other threads but it hasn't helped my situation. please help

strange one! push menu, setup,, service searching, tuner config

push ok on tuner config then select your sat( 28east?)

then do a manual scan
