alright people long time since ive been on iam looking to upgrade my dm500 and come in the the world of high def wheres the best place to get one and what one to get ie best tuner and sim number thanx in advance dannyboy

Bought a few from Primusat now,and he offers excellent support (pre and post sale) and quick delivery.

The boxes have good build quality, stays cool, no glitching on HD channels (and doesn't require an inline amp!) have been very stable.

You might also want to have a look at thiss Chinese sight. A lot of people from this forum have bought dreambox 800s of there and had good service. They are much cheaper than UK sellers.

I personally dont consider a ?30/40 saving a risk worth taking...

Biggest difference (in my opinion) between (reputable) UK sellers like Primusat or ukdreamshop is they only stock/source good quality boxes and provide good pre/post sale support.

Whereas (some) Chinese sellers will buy whatever's cheapest and don't dgive a toss about quality and support stops the moment payment clears.

And should your box go faulty, that ?30/40 quid you 'saved' will be spent on postage/insurance sending it back!
