EPG for DM800?!? PLEASE HELP

I'm a total newbie and the problem is with the MULTIGRAPHICEPG on the new PeterPan Image(which is otherwise brilliant), i set the EPG IMPORTER to grab(RYTECH) with UK XMLTV Radio Times and sometimes many others and leave it to download for about 30mins, using the 500gb HDD for the cashe. When i check back there's no data in the EPG for anything else but whats on now & next. I've also used the preinstalled PP & Merlin grabbers.

The problem must be some basic step i'm missing.Any help seriously appreciated

you need to go to rytec web site and download the config, ftp to box and job done.

set the box up to auto dl every morning, takes less than 30 secs to dl
