Dm800 HD how to disable audi commentry

Hi Folks i got dm800hd brilliant box however on some hd channels i got this audio commentry and it is really annoying,
any ideas how i can disable this,any help would be greatly apperciated

Audio button change NAR to English

The above approach will work for the channel you are viewing but if you want to do this for all the channels then select menu, setup, system, AV/Settings then set AC3 Default to Yes

That works for most channels, Only ones it doesn't work for is the MTV channels
